VIPtaxithessaloniki.gr is available in Greek and English. Our customer service, however, is also possible in Russian in addition to Greek and English. We pay great attention to the quality of the translations of the websites as well as the terms and conditions, however in case of any discrepancy the Greek version is the one that prevails.
VIPtaxithessaloniki acts as a means of booking transfer services on behalf of the carrier.
In order to request and conclude a contract for your transfer service, you must call us at the telephone numbers listed on our website. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.

All accepted bookings are formalized by sending a booking form to the email address you provide. In case your request for transfer is impossible, you can be offered an alternative service.
Shipping costs and payment:
You can pay by credit, debit card, via E-Banking or cash at the time of your booking or upon arrival at the desired destination.. You are given two options, either to pay the entire amount through a bank this way, or to pay with your credit or debit card or in cash to the driver during your transfer. We accept all credit or debit cards. Our card issuers charge some shipping costs which you bear when you make your payment.
All prices we announce are per vehicle and not per person.
If you have any special requests such as child seats, extra luggage space, space for golf clubs, etc., please let us know at the time of booking.
Modifications to your booking - General information:
Any requested change in your reservation should be sent to us in writing at the following email address: email@example.com or to be informed by phone at the phones provided on the website. Modifications, under the conditions described above, it is prudent to make up to 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer.
In case the change in the reservation leads to an increase in costs (different destination, vehicle size, extra, etc.), you will be informed about the additional costs, as well as about how the additional amount should be paid.
If the modification of your reservation results in a reduction of the total amount, the difference will be refunded to you at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
Up to two modifications per booking are allowed free of charge. Additional modifications are subject to a management fee of € 10, which must be paid at least 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer. If you request a change of your reservation less than 24 hours after your transfer, the change may not be possible.
The Carrier will monitor the arrival time of your plane. In case you miss your flight, the flight number is postponed or changed, you must inform us immediately.
When your plane lands, the Carrier is obliged to wait up to 60 minutes at the meeting point. If you think you will be late for more than 60΄, a member of your team should inform the Carrier, in which case there may be additional charges. Finally, in case 60 περά pass and none of your team has shown up, the carrier will try to contact you via the phone number you provided. If he can not contact you again, your transfer will be canceled and your money will not be refunded.
In case the meeting point is not the airport, the Carrier is obliged to wait for you up to 20 minutes at the meeting point. In case no one from the group shows up, they will try to contact you at the phone number you provided. If he can not contact you there either, the reservation will be canceled and your money will not be refunded.
In case the customer can not locate the driver, he should contact VIPtaxithessaloniki immediately. In case you do not contact us and we are not aware of the incident, the transfer is canceled and the money is NOT refundable.
We can not guarantee the type of vehicle to be used by the Carrier. The carrier has the right to change the vehicle (always with one of the same or larger category) so that it can complete your transport.
The Carrier, drivers and VIPtaxithessaloniki reserve the right to refuse to transport any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs and / or whose conduct is considered to pose a threat to the driver, vehicle or other passengers. No refunds will be made under these circumstances.
Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol in any of the supplier's vehicles. Smoking is not allowed unless authorized by the driver. All vehicles provided by suppliers are fully insured for passenger transport and third party requirements as required by local law. Passenger baggage, however, is carried solely at their own risk and no liability can be accepted for loss or damage from VIPtaxithessaloniki.
All vehicles used by the Carrier, have all the necessary documents and supporting documents in accordance with Greek law.
All requests to cancel a reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the transfer. In case a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours after the scheduled transfer, the money is NOT refundable.
In case the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the entire amount of the transfer will be returned to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. The costs of the banking transaction are borne by the customer.
Force majeure means that neither we nor the Carrier will compensate you if we or the Carrier have to cancel or change any Service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our or the carrier's control. These may include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organized disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activities and their consequences or the threat of such activity, riots, act of any government or other national or local authority, labor disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar situations beyond our control or the control of the Supplier.
The client declares that he is of legal age and in full use of his mental abilities allowing him to comply with all legal responsibilities in this agreement.
The customer understands and agrees to immediately inform VIPtaxithessaloniki of any change or change that may affect their service as soon as possible either by email or on the contact numbers provided.
That the credit or debit cards they use belong to them and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.
Your transfer is provided according to the information you provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to verify that all the information you have provided is correct. In case of disagreement you must notify us as soon as possible. If your transfer can not be made due to incorrect information during the booking process or timely notification of VIPtaxithessaloniki (at least 24 hours before your transfer), your money will NOT be refunded.
In the event that your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our 24-hour helpline as soon as possible, as it can help you find alternative modes of transport. Please note that neither we nor the Carrier are required to pay any amount for these alternative arrangements. Subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to the airport of your destination.
In the event that your email address or telephone number changes, you should provide us with your new contact information immediately so that we can contact you with any matter related to your booking.
Any communication with you will be done via email. That's why we recommend that you always check your email before you travel to ensure that no significant changes have been made to your booking. All notifications are sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
The customer must ensure that he and his passengers arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of their flight. You are responsible for ensuring that the transfer service takes place on a date and time that meets the requirements of your route.
Problem in your transport:
If you encounter any problems with your transfer, please inform the Carrier or call us using the numbers listed on the website and we will immediately try to investigate the matter and rectify things. Our untimely information at this stage will affect our ability to investigate the matter better, as well as your rights under the contract you have made with the Carrier. With this in mind, we would like to emphasize that all complaints must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org up to 15 days after the execution of the relevant route.
Children and people with disabilities:
During the reservation you must indicate if you are traveling with children. We recommend that you bring your child safety system (child seats, booster) with which you are more familiar. If you do not wish to travel with your own child safety system, you can ask the Carrier to provide one at the time of booking and subject to availability at the time the transfer takes place.
In case you do not ask us for a child safety system, your child will travel with the safety systems of the vehicle (in the case of taxis, according to European Directive 2003/20 / EC and always in the back of the vehicle. However we we recommend that you always travel either with your own restraint-safety system or ask for a similar one from the Supplier-carrier.
In any case, a child or infant is considered a regular passenger.
People with disabilities, such as people with disabilities and wheelchairs, should mention this in their booking and ensure that the vehicle of their choice is suitable for their needs. They should also be able to get into the vehicle on their own or with the help of their fellow passengers.
Each passenger is entitled to have with him a suitcase with a maximum combined size of 150cm. (length + width + height) as well as hand luggage such as small bags and handbags, unless additional items have been specified during the booking process. Luggage should state the details of their owner as well as the destination address of the owner.
Any excess in the luggage must be reported during the booking process. The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred, in case additional vehicles are needed to transport the extra-undeclared luggage.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are obliged at all times to comply with the local laws and regulations where your transfer takes place. As a result, your luggage may not contain any items that are prohibited by local law or regulations such as weapons, etc., or items that may harm a third party. You still can not transport pets without having stated it during your booking process and without having them with you in their special transport cage. You still can not carry objects of excessive size, weight, sensitivity. We also recommend that you do not carry valuables or fragile items in your luggage.
In case you are traveling with a pet that you have not declared, the Carrier has the right to refuse the transfer and the money is NOT refundable.
The transfer of luggage and other personal items is the sole responsibility of the customer and in no case can VIPtaxithessaloniki be held responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any loss or damage.
